Barbara Brenseke, Owner
Barbara Brenseke is a highly sought after Certified Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the athletic and fitness field.. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Idea Health and Fitness Association. Barbara is a certified Hardstyle Kettlebell (HKC) Instructor, Class C certified soccer coach with the Long Island Junior Soccer League and a a certified Olympic Weight Lifting Sports Performance Coach . She is a strength and conditioning coach who works with athletes of all ages and levels. In addition, she works with adults and coaches them on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Barbara is an athlete herself and competes in Olympic Distance Triathlons, Marathons and is a USTA tennis player.
Danielle Brenseke has a bachelors degree majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Psychology at Florida State University at Tallahassee..She is a currently a graduate student majoring in Occupational Therapy at NYIT in Old Westbury and is recognized as one of the premier trainers on Long Island.
Danielle’s ability to relate closely to our student athletes, aspiring professional athletes, and experienced professionals, dates back to her past athletic experience.Danielle played competitive lacrosse, soccer and volleyball throughout her high school career.
Evan Pupelis is a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Training from McDaniel College in Maryland. Evan played four years of collegiate basketball at McDaniel where he was twice named captain. In addition, he competed in football and lacrosse at the high school level at Manhasset High School. Evan has experience working with a variety of populations including Division 1 athletes, elementary school aged children, as well as previously sedentary adults.
Stephen Suozzi graduated from SUNY Cortland in May 2015 and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Fitness Development. During his collegiate career, he was an intern at Superior Athletics where he worked with a variety of athletes from youth (8 years old) to Division One and Professional Athletes. In addition, he was responsible for working with a wide range of general fitness and fat loss clientele. Stephen ran track at both the high school and collegiate level before he found his passion in weight training and athletic training. He believes in the constant pursuit of excellence from athletes and his goal is to provide the best possible environment for that process to take place. He strives to build the athletes with the most up-to-date, thoroughly researched programs in order to help them become faster, stronger, more explosive, agile, flexible, and mentally tough – and allow them to reach their full athletic potential. Steve is a current member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is certified as a Multi-Directional Speed Instructor.
