Our semi-private, or small group training guarantees an athlete/client-to-coach ratio of no more than 3:1. All of our clients receive individualized programs based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment, as well as regular progress checks. From here, they’re coached in a small group setting and put into an environment in which they can succeed and have fun.
This training format provides a motivating, unconditionally positive environment. When you’re down, there is always someone to pick you up. All of our clients meet new people and develop strong friendships with those whom they train. The Train for the Game staff makes training enjoyable – and in the process, you discover that you’re capable of things that you never thought possible.

Initial Movement Screen
Injuries on the athletic field can strike young athletes, weekend warriors or anyone engaging in physical activities. Many sports-related injuries are avoidable with proper stretching and strengthening techniques. Lack of information or proper conditioning can lead to serious mishaps and a vast majority of these can be prevented with the proper knowledge.
Train For the Game’s highly trained staff can help. Our specialists offer free sports screenings to active individuals of all ages. The screen is an individualized assessment of a person’s flexibility, strength and joint stability. It takes approximately 30 minutes and includes education on proper warm-up, stretching and posture. Those whose screens indicate a possible risk for injury will be assigned corrective exercises to reduce the chance of an injury.
