Initial Movement Screen

Injuries can strike anyone engaging in physical activities. Many sports-related injuries are avoidable with proper stretching and strengthening techniques. Lack of information or proper conditioning can lead to serious mishaps and a vast majority of these can be prevented with the proper knowledge.

Train For the Game’s highly trained staff can help. Our specialists offer free  screenings to active individuals of all ages. The screen is an individualized assessment of a person’s flexibility, strength and joint stability. It takes approximately 30 minutes and includes education on proper warm-up, stretching and posture. Those whose screens indicate a possible risk for injury will be assigned corrective exercises to reduce the chance of an injury.
