About Our Training Program

Train for the Game makes training enjoyable – and you’ll discover that you’re capable of things that you never thought possible. This training format provides a motivating, positive environment. When you’re down, there is always someone to pick you up.

Flexible Membership Plans

Our semi-private, or small group, training guarantees an athlete/client-to-coach ratio of no more than 3:1. All of our clients receive individualized programs based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment, as well as regular progress checks.

Fat Burning Classes

Our Fat Burning Metabolic Classes are 20 minutes of high intensity interval training which is a total body workout in a set or circuit form that combines the muscle building benefits of resistance training with the cardiovascular benefits of cardio training.
