Barbara Brenseke, Owner
Barbara Brenseke is a highly sought after Certified Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the athletic and fitness field.. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Idea Health and Fitness Association. Barbara is a certified Hardstyle Kettlebell (HKC) Instructor, Class C certified soccer coach with the Long Island Junior Soccer League and a a certified Olympic Weight Lifting Sports Performance Coach . She is a strength and conditioning coach who works with athletes of all ages and levels. In addition, she works with adults and coaches them on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Barbara is an athlete herself and competes in Olympic Distance Triathlons, Marathons and is a USTA tennis player.
Nick Iadevaio
Nick Iadevaio is a strength and conditioning coach seeking his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Being a college baseball player and a holder of multiple national records as a powerlifter he brings fresh knowledge to his clients along with a firm grasp of what it takes to succeed at a high level of training. Helping others make themselves the best possible person they can be physically, as well as mentally is something he takes pride in.
Chris Cantwell, (RKC, FMS)
Chris Cantwell has been strength training for the past 10 years. His passion is training with Kettlebells. Chris first received his (HKC) Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification and didn’t stop there. He went on to pass his (RKC) Russian Kettlebell Certification. Chris is also a certified (FMS) Functional Movement Screen specialist and plans on furthering his education by getting certified in (CK-FMS), and RKC II. He enjoys strength training with athletes, as well adults, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Danielle Brenseke
Danielle Brenseke holds an ASCM (Academy of Sport Medicine) certification with a bachelors degree majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Psychology at Florida State University at Tallahassee..recognized as one of the premier trainers on Long Island.
Danielle’s ability to relate closely to our student athletes, aspiring professional athletes, and experienced professionals, dates back to her past athletic experience.Danielle played competitive lacrosse, soccer and volleyball throughout her high school career.
